Our son Stan got married to Kelly in August 2016 and we made a special hot sauce as a wedding favours for all the guests. Using, Ghost ,Cascabell and chipotle chilies, black peppercorns and lemon pepper, the sauce was a hit. We introduced it in 2017 after adding ghost chilies into the mix to give it some extra heat. Because it was our twenty fifth sauce it was named, appropriately, 25.
