Bombay Style

A fiery blend of Indian and Asian Trupti, Pusa Jwala and Santaka chilies, spices and limes, this sauce came out in 2004 after our crop of green chilies was hit by frost and required immediate harvest. We had just purchased fenugreek, turmeric, coriander and cumin to make a curry paste and decided to combine these spices with the frost bitten peppers. The result was a success. This sauce goes with anything you would use a curry based sauce with.
