Steel Town BBQ Sauce

Steel Town Bar B Q Sauce. After introducing our Steak Sauce, we decided to make a summer companion for it and came up with our Bar B Q sauce in 2016. This is Mariana’s recipe and uses locally grown tomatoes, her secret blend of spices, dried guajillo peppers, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar and a dash of whiskey that will do your outdoor grilled delicacies proper justice. The label is another nod to steel production in Hamilton.
