Orchard Fire

The second of our “fire” series was this recipe that Mariana came up with. We sell our sauces at a lot of local markets, Bennett’s Apple and Ciders in Ancaster being one of them. We also buy apples and cider there and decided to use their apples in this amazing sauce. Combining habanero, cherry bomb and sweet Italian Sheppard peppers with apples and specialty vinegars, this sauce is a winner!
