Bakelite

The trend towards unique flavour pairings was front and foremost with this sauce, the last of our 2016 releases. We combine Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Habanero, Pasila Bajio brown and smoked jalapeño peppers with pimento, strawberries, chocolate and coffee. Another one of my favorites. This sauce has a flavour you will not find anywhere else.
The label has a picture of my grandfathers 1947 RCA Bakelite radio that I restored and listen to Hamilton Ti-Cat games on.
