Coq Au Shroom

Coq-Au-Shroom One of our customers asked us if it would be possible to make a sauce with mushrooms. That’s all it took for Mariana to come up with this unique recipe using dried Bulgarian wild mushrooms, blackened Mexican Poblano , Mirosol and Xigole chilies and wine vinegars.
This sauce goes great with all cuts of meat, stews and soups.
