The last in our 2016 “fire” series, this sauce has Orange Blossom, Tobasco Yellow, Samoan Bird and wild Tepin peppers combined with sweet orange bell pepper, peaches and apricots. For those who love the taste of sweet followed by a blast of heat!
The label on this one has a picture of our parrots, Cooper, Doodles and Zac. In the background, keeping an eye on the gang from above, is Pooch, our first parrot and who passed away in 2014. She was a constant companion for 20 years and still graces our Green Chili label.
