Steel Mill Marinade
Last but not least in our steel city themed barbecue products is our marinade, a brine style. Brining has been used for centuries to tenderize meats and add flavour. We combined several types of vinegars with sea salt, garlic, rosemary, black pepper and pickling spices to make this amazing meat marinade. Easy to use. For chicken and pork, place in a bowl, pour on the marinade, add a little water or beer (optional) and let sit for an hour or more. Guaranteed flavour!
