Holiday Hot Sauce

This tasteful delight also has a direct connection to Buffalo N.Y. In November of 2018 we concocted this recipe in my cousin Kathy and Dave’s kitchen in Hamburg N.Y. on a weekend we were attending a Bills game and introducing our Buffalo Style sauce to our American cousins. With our Thanksgiving just past and theirs just around the corner it was suggested that we come up with a sauce for the holidays, specifically to go with turkey. This is the result. Cranberries, oranges, lime, cinnamon, brown sugar and red cherry “bomba” and habanero peppers are what makes this sauce a favorite at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
