Lancaster Damn Busters Hot Sauce

Hamilton is home to another WW II veteran, a 1945 Avro Lancaster Bomber, VR-A. She regularly flies over the city. In 2023 we created a special hot sauce to pay tribute to her. It also has red cayenne, jalapeno’s, as well as Britain’s contribution to the hot pepper world, the Komodo Dragon, in the mix along with citrus juices. The label features a picture of British Lancaster’s during the dam buster raid in 1943 that destroyed the Monhe Dam and flooded the Ruhr Valley.
