RussianAlthough a favorite in Russia, Adjika is said to have originated in Armenia or Georgia depending on who you are talking to over there. Regardless, we took this traditional recipe and made it available for your table.

Hot peppers and tomatoes blend with dill, savory and blue fenugreek, which only grows wild the Zangezur mountains, to bring you a taste that you’re just not going to find over here. Again, this sauce livens up soups, stews, borsch and any hearty fare you can think of.
